Some 41% of Slovak employees are dissatisfied and demotivated, according to a survey by profesia.sk. The share of satisfied and motivated workers fell by five points to 33% in six months. The most satisfied employees are those who have been with the company for less than a year, while those who have been on the job for more than ten years are the least happy. Despite this, employees who have been with the company for less than a year are the most willing to change jobs.
