Incheba and Immocap to build national congress center

Incheba, the trade fair and congress organizer owned by Alexander Rozin, will apply for a state subsidy for the national congress center. The previous government has approved €60m for the purpose. Another interested party is developer Immocap (Peter Lukeš). Incheba will present its plans for the center, at the Danube river bank, in September.
