HB Reavis still active in London

Developer HB Reavis (Ivan Chrenko) sold its fully-leased London office project 20 Farringdon Street to a private investor. This is the first transaction of this scale to complete in the post-lockdown period. It also acquired a new building, the 12,500 sqm Quick & Tower House, as a commercial redevelopment opportunity.
