Slovak fuel prices fell to the lowest level in 3-4 years

Slovak petrol and diesel prices fell to the lowest level in 3-4 years on the back of the low global crude oil price. Fuel prices are down 15% since January 1 and a further decline is expected.

On Friday, the oil cartel OPEC, Russia, and the world’s largest economic group, the G20, agreed the terms of an oil production cut in 2020-22 to set in place a bottoming process for oil prices. The deal lacks credibility, though, and the crude oil price keep falling.
