Poštová banka is the best capitalized bank in Slovakia, according to an F.A. Hayek Foundation study. VÚB and ČSOB banks follow. In general, Slovak banks are better capitalized than the largest banks in the euro zone, and their capital levels are well above the minimum level required by regulators.
