Gramercy entered the Slovak market

Real estate investment group Gramercy has acquired a 50,000 sqm logistics center in Dunajská Streda from investment funds ECE European City Estates and Go Asset. German discount retailer KiK has a long-term contract to lease premises in the center. CBRE served as an advisor in the deal. Gramercy also acquired the 44,000 sqm Pohořelice Czech industrial park. It paid €50m for both properties.
