IT firm Resco expands

Software firm Resco posted a 7% drop in net profit to €1.6m in 2017, but its sales went up 19% to €6.2m. It employs 70 and distributes a quarter of its profit in bonuses. It develops CRM solutions and has Microsoft, IBM, and Heineken among its clients. It is offering its solutions to cities, allowing inhabitants to report broken lamps or full trash cans. Its offer of free CRM software has been taken up by two Slovak municipalities so far.
