Google Pay in Slovakia

Google is launching its Google Pay mobile phone payment app in Slovakia on March 1. It will start out as a cooperation with banks SLSP, Poštová banka, mBank and J&T Banka. Clients will download the app, input their credit card details, and use their smartphone in stores. VÚB and Tatra banka offer competing mobile phone NFC payment solutions.
