ÚRSO is cutting G-component by two thirds

Utilities’ regulator ÚRSO is cutting the fee for access to the distribution system, the so-called G-component, from 30% to 10% of the maximum reserved capacity. Roughly 800 power producers will pay only €10m annually instead of the previous €30m. The cut should support renewable energy sources that have long been complaining about the high fee.
