ZSE is buying facility manager BK

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing the purchase of local facility manager BK (Khalil Belmechri) by energy distributor ZSE, part of the German group E.ON. In 2019, BK reported a €0.8m net profit on €25.2m sales. It employs 300.
