Aupark Bratislava shopping center provides high yields
Real estate fund AUP, whose only asset is the Aupark Bratislava shopping center, has returned 23.67% since its inception in 2021. Over the past 12 months, its yield was 9.48%. Wood & Co together with Tatra AM acquired Aupark for €450m in 2021. First, they acquired 60%, a year later another 27% and this year the fund should acquire the remaining shares.
