Zoltán Kollár sold his IT firm Lynx to managers

Zoltán Kollár sold his IT firm, Lynx, which provides cybersecurity services to the state as well as others. Its business director, Ladislav Plánka, acquired a 90% stake, and another manager, Marek Grega, 10%. On November 10, the company lost its security clearance and can’t work on classified projects for the state. Last year, the company posted a 30% drop in net profit to €1.5m and its sales were down 51% to €16.2m.
