Wood & Company acquired Vivo Bratislava shopping center

Investment group Wood & Company (Jan Sýkora, Ľubomír Šoltýs, and Vladimír Jaroš) acquired the Vivo (formerly Polus) shopping center, two 70,000 sqm Myhive office buildings, and 3,200 sqm of land for a potential residential project in Bratislava. The deal will take place in two phases by the end of 2026, with CPI Property/Immofinanz as the seller. The price has not been disclosed. Last year, the group, together with TAM, completed a €450m purchase of Bratislava's Aupark.
