Winkelmann to create 500 jobs in Slovakia
Germany’s Winkelmann is considering an investment in Rimavská Sobota that would create 480 jobs, said the town's mayor Jozef Šimko. There are two German companies with such name, one producing electric motors and the other metal components. It remains to be seen which one comes to Slovakia.
German wood processor Ziegler was supposed to come to the local industrial park last year, but it cancelled the investment due to a shortage of wood.
