Višňové highway tunnel over budget and delayed

The completion of the Višňové highway tunnel will be delayed and will be over budget, announced Skanska, which is completing the project. The tunnel is in worse shape than expected and a larger number of sections will have to be repaired. Skanska would not speculate on the delay and price increase. Some 300-400 people are working on the construction site.
