Some 330,000 sqm of new logistics and industrial space is expected to be completed this year. Almost two-thirds of them are already pre-leased, according to data from consultancy CBRE. In the second quarter of this year, 180,000 sqm was leased; the market is thus showing a decline in activity after the pandemic boom. Average rents rose 5% annually to €4.90 per sqm per month. The vacancy rate rose to 3.4% and is the highest since the end of 2022.
