Slovak branch of Dutch insurer NN is offering its staff 4-day working week

The Slovak branch of Dutch insurer NN is offering its staff the choice between working four days a week for ten hours daily or five days for eight hours. Salary is the same in both scenarios. It is launching this as a six month pilot; 71% of its staff want to test the 4-day working week.
