Sabol teams up with Huňor to grow tomatoes

Anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing a deal in which Helios Invest (Ján Sabol and Oszkár Világi) and Bencont (Peter Huňor) are buying vegetable grower Slovenské skleníky (Ján Sabol). (antimon.gov.sk) The Sabol-Világi group is among Slovakia's largest farm owners, while Huňor is one of the country's biggest tomato growers. Slovenské skleníky plans to invest €19m in greenhouses in the village of Červeník. Waste heat from Sabol's Enviral bioethanol plant will heat them.
