Ribera Salud of Spain is the sold owner of Pro Diagnostic Group
PMÚ okayed ownership changes in the highly profitable Pro Diagnostic Group that provides CT and MR scanning. Ribera Salud of Spain used to control 66% but is the sole owner now after acquiring the stakes of local group Pro Partners Holding and doctor Vladimír Ježík. In 2019, Pro Diagnostic Group reported a net profit of €7m on €8.7m revenues.
