Residential real estate prices up 9.5% annually in 2Q

Residential real estate prices in Slovakia reached €3,041/sqm in 2Q this year, up 9.5% annually, central bank NBS offer listing data show. Prices rose 12% over full-year 2025. The price growth was driven by new developments and regional capitals, particularly Bratislava, while a downward trend is emerging in rural areas due to gradual depopulation. The average price in Bratislava stands at €3,882. Property listings increased annually for the first time since 2023, though only by 0.2%.
