PPA Controll acquires LiV Elektra

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing the acquisition of LiV Elektra (Peter Zajac and Vladimír Merschitz) by PPA Controll (Karol Pavlů). PPA Controll provides power systems, measurement, and automation solutions and, last year, its net profit rose 11% to €5.9m despite a 50% drop in sales to €58.3m. LiV Elektra builds and maintains power devices and had €15.7m sales in 2019.
