Petr Kellner is trying to get hold of some assets of Mario Hoffmann
Wealthiest Czech, Petr Kellner, is trying to get hold of some assets of Energochemica, a group controlled by Mario Hoffmann, the key assets of which are Fortischem and Chemko, sources of tydenikhrot.cz say. The group has annual sales of €100m and lost €22m in 2019. Kellner’s PPF banka provided a €40m loan and is now claiming it back. The Kellner-Hoffmann conflict is allegedly playing out at courts in Amsterdam and patent offices all over the globe.
Kellner also funded Hoffmann’s biotech firm Axon Neuroscience and is allegedly trying to take it over.
