Parliament added right to cash to Constitution and then weakened it

Parliament added a right to cash to the Constitution. Interestingly, it also passed a new right for shops and restaurants to refuse cash on 'reasonable grounds' (they are now banned from doing so), effectively weakening the right to cash. Conspiracies about the elites' alleged desire for absolute control over the people through digital money were first spread only by the extremists from Republika, but the approved constitutional bill was submitted by Sme rodina. The weakening of the right to cash was inserted by SaS.
