New shopping mall in Košice
Austrian construction and design Delta Holding plans to build a 47,000 sqm shopping center in Košice for €60m. This will be the second largest mall in the city after the 53,000 sqm Optima and is to be used for the sale of household goods/furniture. Delta has already built stores in Slovakia for Asko and Möbelix, but declined to disclose its client for the Košice center. Completion is expected in autumn 2027.
