New Business Register Act to cut red tape

The Justice Ministry sent for comments the new Business Register Act, which will fully replace the current BR legislation in order to reduce the administrative burden on companies. It will link the BR with other registers and ensure that its online version is usable for legal purposes. From July 2027, all new companies will be registered only by notaries, not by the courts. Companies will be able to pre-book a business name before incorporation.
