MSM to produce TNT explosives in Greece

Slovak defense firm MSM, part of the Czech CSG group, is forming a joint venture with Greek state-owned HDS to produce TNT explosives. MSM will invest €50m, while €30m will come from an EU program supporting ammunition production. HDS will hold a narrow majority, but the venture will be managed by MSM.
