Microsoft paid €156m for Minit

IT company Minit (Rastislav Hlaváč) reported a net profit of €122m last year. It develops process mining systems, which help to improve companies’ efficiency by analyzing internal processes. Last year it was bought by Microsoft and reported €156m revenue from the sale of assets.
