Kosit acquired industrial waste firm Detox

Waste firm Kosit, part of the Wood & Company group, has acquired a 90% stake in Detox that deals with hazardous waste from industry. Detox employs 100 people and had revenues of €11m last year. It was owned by Roman Forgáč. Daniel Studený is keeping his job as CEO of Detox. Kosit plans to invest €50m in the recycling of industrial waste. It employs 925 people and expects a turnover of €68m this year.
