J&T investors acquired a stake in retailer Terno

J&T Investments Sicav fund has acquired two logistics parks in Ostrava and Nošovice (both Czechia) and 50% of investment shares in sub-fund Sandberg Private Equity 2, giving it a stake in Slovak retailer Terno. The retailer is controlled by Sandberg, led by Martin Fedor, former partner at J&T. The fund says its investment in Slovak retail is stable and low-risk.
