Slovak software company itrinity (Honza Bárta, Martin Toma and Peter Hrbáčik) has built a global SaaS portfolio worth millions since 2018 without external investors. It began with its own SEO tool KWFinder and, after seven acquisitions, now serves 7m users worldwide with eight products. Its flagship service, UptimeRobot, monitors website availability for clients including Adidas, IBM, MasterCard, MIT and the Bank of Canada. Successful deals such as UptimeRobot, EmailListVerify and TopicRanker have typically repaid acquisition costs within 2–3 years. The firm operates fully remotely with around 100 staff across Europe, Asia and South America.
