Immocap is to get €60m subsidy for congress center

It seems Immocap (Peter Lukeš) is the favorite to win a tender for €60m state subsidy for a new national congress center. Immocap plans to build the center in place of the dilapidated Istropolis building. The tender has three bidders and the remaining two, J&T Real Estate and Incheba, complain about criteria of the tender being run by Globsec (Róbert Vass). Immocap is happy with the tender, results of which should be declared by the end of June.
