HP Tronic and Nay to team up

ÚOHS, the Czech anti-trust authority, is reviewing the creation of a holding company by electronics retailers HP Tronic (Danuše Hradilová) and Nay (Peter Zálešák and Ján Tomáš). HP Tronic includes the retail chain Datart, online stores Kasa.cz and Hej.sk, and the appliance manufacturer Eta. Nay also includes the Czech Electro World stores.
