HB Reavis to enter residential segment
Developer HB Reavis (Ivan Chrenko), which focuses on the office segment, is responding to lower demand for offices in Bratislava after the pandemic with the Nová Bottova and Chalúpkova Residence residential projects. It will build them on the site of a temporary bus station in Mlynské Nivy, opposite its recently opened project Nivy, which includes Slovakia’s largest shopping center. The €85m project has no permits or deadlines as yet. A shortage of apartments is pushing up their prices; other developers are selling apartments in Mlynské Nivy at over €7,000 per sqm.
