Farmakol is selling its pharmacies

Anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing a deal in which companies Pharmale and Ostenpharm are each acquiring 13 pharmacies from Farmakol. (antimon.gov.sk) The domestically owned chain originally had 50-60 pharmacies. Unipharma holds a minority stake in both of the new owners.
