Enterprise Investors acquired a 41% stake in Fingo
Polish private equity group Enterprise Investors has acquired a 41% stake in Fingo, Slovakia’s 8th-largest financial broker, in a deal valued at €19.1m. The broker was set up in 2017 and last year, it posted a net profit of €0.6m on €13.7m sales. The stake was sold by Lukáš Novák, whose Czech InTeFi group is active in several sectors. He will use the money provided by the new investor to enter the Czech market and expand in Slovakia.
