Eduard Maták sold veterinary clinics to Mars family

HardWood (Eduard Maták) sold a chain of ten veterinary clinics in Slovakia and Czechia, VetCare, to the Swedish group AniCura (the Mars family). The price was not disclosed. Seven of the clinics are in Slovakia, all ten employ 260 veterinarians. Maták has also recently sold a rehabilitation hospital in Hlohovec and the transport medical service Merea.
