Dekinvest buys Stachema

Czech investment fund Dekinvest (Vít Kutnar) agreed to acquire Slovak construction chemicals producer Stachema. The company is being sold by a group led by Viktor Bruthans. Dek is the largest Czech construction materials retailer. Last year, Stachema improved its net profit in Slovakia by 10% to €0.4m and its sales went up 6% to €7.6m. In 2019, it had €25m sales in Czechia.
