Brhel sold his projects in Finland
Investment fund E-group management (Anton Bielik) acquired a majority stake in Finnish company Solarwind from ZMJ (Jozef Brhel). A Finnish partner is keeping a 33% stake. In the next few years, Solarwind plans to build wind farms in Finland for tens of millions of euros with an output of tens of megawatts. In February 2021, it unveiled plans to invest €280m in 300 MW wind parks. Until now, Bielik served as CEO at ZMJ. Brhel is facing several corruption charges that courts will discuss soon. This may have limited banks' willingness to finance ZMJ projects. ZMJ has wind and solar park projects in Finland and the USA with an output of 450 MW and costs of €430m.
