Bergner & Dann plans to open a new plant in Nitra

Bergner & Dann, a German machinery group, plans to open a new plant for the production of screws and other fasteners for the automotive, aviation and construction industries. It will use the abandoned factory of SE Bordnetze in Nitra and will create 250 new jobs there upon production launch in 2025. Its sister company Ribe already has two plants in Slovakia, in Nitra and Dubnica nad Váhom, which employ 250 and have annual sales of €31m.
