Beljajev and Lazar to help Budamar fix ŽOS Vrútky

The anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing a deal in which Optifin Invest (Alexej Beljajev and Michal Lazar) is entering the wagon maintenance and manufacturing company ŽOS Vrútky. Since 2018, Víťazoslav Moric has controlled 34% and Budamar (Tomáš Chrenek) 66%. ŽOS Vrútky lost €13.6m last year despite a 54% growth in sales to €81.6m. It lost €25m in 2016-19.
