Automation of all bureaucratic duties following childbirth

Deputy PM Veronika Remišová (Za ľudí) announced the automation of all bureaucratic duties following childbirth. Parents will thus automatically receive a birth certificate and start receiving social benefits and they won’t have to contact any state offices, as authorities and social and health insurers will communicate with each other. The government wants to gradually add proactive services for 16 life situations; the first to come up, at the end of 2023, are job loss, car and real estate purchases, and starting a business.
