Arca Investments published its 2019 books

Arca Investments, the key company of insolvent Arca Capital that is under bankruptcy protection, has published its 2019 books. It posted a €9.6m loss and borrowed €592m via bills (of which €314m was issued last year). It sent the money to its subsidiaries to invest. The group will disclose its consolidated books by the end of this year. It says it is still in talks with Blantyre Capital on a €300m capital lifeline and is working on a debt restructuring plan too.
