A consortium led by Adifex (Radoslav Vorobeľ) won a tender to build a new hospital in Martin with a bid of €375m. The consortium also includes Sytiq, which is officially owned by its managers and was previously controlled by Miroslav Výboh. Other members are Hornex and DSC. Adifex built, for example, the Bory hospital for Penta. There were three bids in the tender. Local construction firm Ava-stav bid €233m, but was excluded. The third bid of €462m came from Metrostav. The tender results can be appealed. The new 660-bed hospital is to be financed by the Recovery Facility on condition it is completed by June 2026.
