Across acquired a 50% stake in Occam New Home

Investment group Across (Július Strapek) has acquired a 50% stake in Occam New Home, subsidiary of developer Occam Real Estate (Marek Kalma and Jozef Šimek). Across clients will thus finance the developer's projects. Occam New Home cooperates with developers HB Reavis, Immocap, and Woodrock, selling and leasing their projects. Occam RE is also preparing the construction of Nová Merina, a 500-apartment residential project in Trenčín, and Tesla Residence, a 200-apartment project in Košice. Across manages €400m for its clients.
