Home office is here to stay
About half of Slovaks worked from home at the peak of the pandemic, up from just 3% before the pandemic, according to a survey by profesia.sk, a job portal. The rest is industry and services where home office is not an option. Just 13% of HR managers say home office led to decreased productivity, while 57% saw no change in productivity and 19% reported an improvement. Now, just 20% of companies have no plans for expanding home office. The remaining companies mostly plan to allow it for 2-3 days a week.
