Courts deleted LeikTec, formerly Anext, from Public Sector Partners Registry

The Žilina District Court deleted IT firm LeikTec, formerly Anext, from the Public Sector Partners Registry. The company can no longer bid for public sector contracts and public institutions can cancel its contracts with no penalty. It faces a high fine and its managers face a 3-year ban on acting as any company’s legal representative or BoD member. Notary Ludmila Joanidisová, who inputted the firm into the Registry, also faces a high fine. Media speculate ex-minister Ján Počiatek and oligarch Jozef Brhel are the real owners of Anext, which profited from large public IT contracts. Its official owners were Jozef Chamraz and Katarína Hajduová. The court ruled that they did not prove they cashed in €10m dividends the firm paid.

The court has already forced oligarch Ivan Kmotrík to admit to ownership of Infra Services and deleted from the Registry JHS, a company linked Jozef Holjenčík, former head of regulator ÚRSO.
