Smer stole idea for election TV spot

Israeli agency Shaviv is considering suing the Smer party for stealing the idea for a TV spot. In it, Robert Fico plays a kindergarten teacher disciplining unruly kids representing opposition party leaders. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanjahu used the same video in 2015. Shaviv is suspected of aiding a coup in Montenegro in 2017, and in Slovakia, it has worked for campaigns of Matúš Vallo, Zuzana Čaputová, and PS/Spolu. The spot was banned in Israel, as local laws ban using children in campaigns.
