Kazakh firm Integra won its first highway tender in Slovakia
The national highway company NDS declared a consortium Todini, Cesty SK and Cedis the winner of its tender to build 4.4 km R3 speedway Tvrdošín-Nižná nad Oravou. Its bid of €59.4m is way below NDS’s estimate of €74m. Consortia led by Hochtief (€62.1m) and Swietelsky (€65.8m) followed. The speedway should be completed in 2022.
NDS as well as Železnice SR have previously tried to exclude bids by Kazakh firm Integra and its Italian subsidiary Todini. NDS excluded Todini’s bid from this tender as well, but then accepted it.
