Ján Počiatek, who was Finance Minister at the time, took bribes for sending €13m to Radovan Vítek in 2008 and then PM Robert Fico was informed in advance of the sale of emission quotas on which Slovakia lost €47m, shows video of a meeting between Počiatek and Dobroslav Trnka, then Prosecutor General, from January 2009. The meeting was recorded by Trnka with Marian Kočner’s help. Media pressure was the only reason Počiatek did not send Vítek the planned €65m (Lemikon case). Počiatek said that Fico wanted half of the profits from the emission sale organized by Ján Slota. Počiatek discusses corruption openly with Trnka. Instead of prosecuting, Trnka was only laughing. Počiatek left politics in 2016 and Trnka is still a prosecutor.
