PPF is not selling TV Markíza to Penta or Miroslav Výboh
Czech PPF (Petr Kellner) emphasized that TV Markíza is a strategic investment and it has never considered selling it to Penta, Miroslav Výboh, or any other investor. It wants to build on synergies between its TV and telecommunication assets.
PPF announced the acquisition of CME, which also includes TV Markíza and TV Nova, last week. It paid $2.1bn.
